Xcel Mechanical PMs are committed to making sure each project runs through our internal Project Quality Control Plan. Each is trained to identify and address project concerns before they become issues. All PMs establish communication protocols with our project partners to report progress or escalate concerns. And through the entire project cycle, our PMs continually evaluate ways to save our clients time and money without affecting quality or performance.
