OSHA Form 300A Posting
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires employers to post a summary of all company injuries and illnesses recorded the previous calendar year. The posting must begin on Feb. 1 and continue through April 30. If requested, copies of the records must be provided to current and former employees, or their representatives.
Below and attached is Xcel Mechanical’s OSHA Form 300A for 2022. This notification will remain posted on the company’s website, and at our jobsites, during the mandatory posting period.
