HCAI (OSHPD) EXPERIENCED
HCAI (formerly OSHPD) monitors the planning, construction, renovation, and seismic safety of hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across California. Xcel Mechanical is a preferred mechanical contractor at the largest hospitals in Los Angeles County and has more than two decades of experience completing successful OSHPD-approved additions, remodels, new construction, seismic retrofits and maintenance projects for these owners and their preferred GCs.
